Aside from working with her family’s packaging business, Jane enjoys yoga and runs a lifestyle and travel blog, transporting her readers to travel destinations with beaches and lush greenery — a welcome respite from the hectic hustle and bustle of her hometown, Bangkok.
This week, we warm up with Jane as she clues us in on her workout routines.
What are your usual workouts? Any activities you particularly enjoy, in and out of the gym/studio?
I’m quite skinny, so I like strength training using weights for stronger and firmer muscles. I also like hot yoga to work up a sweat as well as Hatha yoga to help me stretch and focus on my breathing.
I always feel so zen afterwards! I also try to meditate when I can to keep me calm and grounded.
What’s your favourite activewear brand?
Alo Yoga and All Fenix.
Are you a night owl or a morning person? What keeps you up in the morning/night?
I’m not a morning person at all, but I don’t stay up too late either. So, I would say neither. I love a good 8-9 hour sleep!
