Find Yourself with Jason Sinarwi
Rapper by night, instructor by day (+ an aspirational Hollywood stunt star in the making), we open our video with Jason Sinarwi freestyling a fitness rap for us (btw, he’s actually good and we’re super impressed since we gave him 10 minutes to come up with it while shooting). A confident yet easy going personality, we see how Jason motivates with his confident attitude, and are pleasantly surprised by his revelation of his own reasons for fitness, which include helping him through his anxiety and overthinking.
As people often chained to our desks, we often forget that activity is important, and we love that Jason addresses the benefits of fitness in this way. We so often forget that with every workout we do, our workouts help relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and help us to fully focus on the task at hand. Whether swinging kettlebells, doing burpees or not, the full body experience of doing something often gives one a true release from our daily stresses.
