Meet Cory Wharton Malcolm aka ‘@bitbeefy’’ founder of Track Mafia, a brand consultant, Nike+ running coach and chief vibes man, here’s how he stays active in London and his favourite ClassPass studios.

Describe your weekly workout routine?

Depending on travel, I normally do yoga once or twice a week, plus, 2 or 3 classes and a couple of runs. Then I like to go to the gym for my own HIIT and strength workouts and have a massage once or twice a week.

What are your favourite ClassPass studios?

For yoga, Triyoga or Bikram Yoga at Fierce Grace. For HIIT I like Endurance at Ministry of Sound Fitness, Another Space or HIIT + Run Hiit at Victus Soul.

Which classes do you recommend to complement running?

I think runners could do with doing more strength work, either by doing Forge at Ministry of Fitness or a HIIT + Run class at Sweat It. Some yoga to help with mobility, circulation, flexibility and breathing at TriYoga and cycling to help build that cardio and those legs, I like Another Space spin. I also recommend Boxing to help strengthen and sharpen the mind.

Any hidden gems you’ve found on ClassPass?

TRX at Transition Zone is a killer or the Sleep and Meditation Pod at Pop n Rest.

Tips for workout motivation?

Just move, move and have fun, fitness from time to time can be far too serious. What happened to just enjoying yourself? Doing things that bring you joy? Going for a run or a ride with no set distance, destination or time? Remember exercise is just play with a little bit of focus. Obviously be safe and make sure you’re not doing anything that could do you harm but remember exercise is just play with a little bit of focus.
